About Us
L.E.A.S.H. is a Family Owned & Operated Pet Funeral Home in Phoenix, Arizona, and is the first of it’s kind in the state of Arizona. We are owned by the only Registered Pet Funeral Director in Arizona, who is also a Certified Pet Loss Grief Coach. Our Director has worked in Death Care in Arizona for 15 years, managing local area Funeral Homes and Mortuary Logistics locally, nationally, and internationally. In 2024 our Director was Recognized by Donor Network of Arizona for her Compassion and Care when working with mutual clients.
While working in the field in Death Care, our Director saw a great need for Pet Aftercare Services weaving into human death care in Arizona. Many tragedies, accidents, fires, homicides, also impact family pets and leave grieving loved ones devastated, confused and unsure where to turn while also navigating the losses of their human families. Out of this, L.E.A.S.H. was born in the heart of Arizona.

Operation Honor Paws is exclusively available to animals currently or formally employed by a recognized government agency, including but not limited to:
- Law Enforcement K9s
- Fire Department K9s
- TSA Detection Dogs
- U.S. Border Patrol K9s
- Other federally, state, or municipally contracted working animals
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for Operation Honor Paws, the animal must have:
- Been officially employed by a recognized government agency
- Been actively serving OR retired at the time of passing
- Verifiable documentation of government service (verification may be required)

No matter what time you call, we arrive you to within one hour, or at a time you pre-arrange. We are the only Pet Aftercare Service in Arizona with true 24 hour Pet Pickup. Even though we are affordable for all, we treat your pet with dignity and respect and the package you receive in return is far more than you will receive at any other Pet Aftercare facility in Arizona.
