L.E.A.S.H. was over the top when our Bernese Mountain Dog, Ysabel suddenly passed away early on a Sunday morning.  From the time our call was taken by dispatch to when Greg arrived at our home within the hour.  He was very compassionate, understanding and respectful of the situation, and he provided us the time to say our goodbye.  Greg explained the process and within less than a week, he personally returned to our home with Ysabel's ashes and her beautiful paw print.  In a time when you have lost your best friend, I cannot say enough about this company, their respect and process.  I highly recommend L.E.A.S.H.

The experience we had was so beyond amazing.  We lost our boxer late in the evening and were trying to figure out how to keep our toddler from finding him before we could take him to the vet for cremation as we have previously done.  The team we worked with made it so easy to get organized via text messages while I was at work.  Greg came around midnight to pick our boxer up.  It was all very profesional but also respectful and sympathetic. He explained what he was going to do and what next steps would be.  Greg also hand delivered our boy back to us.  Thank you so much for everything.  With 3 dogs and 2 cats I will definitely use your services again in the future.   We have also recommended your company to others we know.

My sweet Hamster Coal ended up passing away unexpectedly and LEASH made the hard stuff easier, i’m so glad I stumbled on to their website (not to mention the flexible hours)!! Greg picked up my Coal and was incredibly compassionate, understanding, and reassuring about everything, it made me feel a whole lot better about the whole situation and I knew Coal would be in good hands. After a week Coal was delivered back home safe and sound and Greg worked with my busy schedule to make sure I got Coal back as soon as possible. She came back with inked paw prints, some fur, and a compassionate card. I will definitely recommend and be back here if I need their business, such kind and compassionate humans work here and it’s more appreciated than you know, thank you!

There’s not a single place that deserves a better review than this place, I mean it. I’m still at a loss for words. But, I lost my cat Milo in a very tragic way. He was my very first cat, my very first death of a pet. I lost my mind when it happened, after it happened. I had no clue what to do where to go. I found myself doing research for hours on the best way to provide my beloved family member a proper resting place. I stumbled upon LEASH. God knows how and why. They responded even though it was 2:30 in the morning. Sweet lady on the phone explained the whole process of aquamation. An employee drove over 30 minutes to meet me at the office at 3:30 am. Made me feel like family. Made me feel okay for that moment in time. I just knew I was taken care of. Most importantly they made me feel like Milo was taken care of. I will now, forever  have my beloved Milo with me, by my side. MiloBoy, you walked beside me through this life, and I can only hope that your paw prints will guide me home…right back to you in the next life. I love you boy.

For anyone who has a pet that passes at home I recommend LEASH to come help you with their remains and cremation. Amy made the process very easy. Greg picked up my pet and was extremely courteous and patient with me as I was a complete mess. He returned her ashes to me as quickly as possible and treated me like a normal human being who is grieving, he didn’t make it seem like he was bothered by my tears. My deepest condolences to anyone who loses a pet, I know just how hard it is and implore you to call this company if you need help their remains. This is a photo of my baby girl, Blake. She is now my angel and I am with her in spirit forever and ever.

Who qualifies for the free L.E.A.S.H. Community Relief Project?

This program is exclusively designed for unhoused and homeless individuals residing within Maricopa County, Arizona, who have lost a pet and do not have the financial means for traditional aftercare. No documentation or complex verification is required to access the project; our priority is to remove all barriers to care and offer immediate, judgment-free support during an incredibly painful time.

How do I bring a pet to your office, and what are your hours?

Our main Phoenix office, located at 1912 West Campbell Ave Suite B, Phoenix, AZ 85015, accepts pets for the Community Relief Project 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Because our staff coordinates essential transport logistics and private home responses, please call our dispatch line directly at (602) 802-4040 right before coming down to ensure a team member is at the facility to open the doors and receive you and your pet immediately.

Will I get my pet’s ashes back, and do I receive a keepsake?

Because this free community service is a mass (communal) cremation, multiple pets are gently placed together in the process, meaning individual ashes cannot be separated or returned to the owner. However, we ensure that every pet’s memory is honored by providing a free, carefully taken fur clipping keepsake at the time of intake. This ensures that every unhoused owner leaves our facility with a tangible, permanent piece of their beloved companion to hold onto.
