Simple & Secure Ordering Process
We coordinate the creation of your custom glass tribute with the highest level of tracking and sacred care. You can easily manage the details over the phone, via text message, or through email without ever needing to leave your home.
Step 1: Place Your Order via Phone, Text, or Email
Get in touch with our coordinators by calling or texting (602) 802-4040, or emailing leashpetcremation@gmail.com. We will walk you through choosing your design style and selecting up to three color combinations, ensuring every detail is exactly as you wish.
Step 2: Seamless Coordination
If your companion is already in the care of L.E.A.S.H. Pet & Exotic Animal Mortuary for cremation or aquamation services, we will automatically secure the required 1 tablespoon of ash for the artist. If you already have your pet’s ashes at home or at another facility, we will provide simple, secure instructions to get them to our Phoenix location safely.
Step 3: Meticulous Artistry & Tracking
Our strict tracking protocols log your pet’s identification details immediately. The master glass artist carefully infuses the ash into the molten glass over a 8 to 10 week creation window. There are four artists and the best one is chosen to meet your individual needs.
Step 4: Safe Mail Delivery or Local Pickup
Once the inscription artist hand-engraves your personal cursive message onto the base of the finished piece, we will notify you immediately. You can choose to have your memorial art and any remaining unused ashes safely and securely shipped directly to your home, or you can coordinate a time to pick them up from our Phoenix office.

The purple used in our memorials is a very special glass that requires real gold in the glassmaking process, and due to the current rise in gold costs, our suppliers are experiencing difficulty keeping it available at a reasonable and sustainable price. How Much Ashes Do You Need?
We request 1 tablespoon of the finest ashes for each memorial you order. Any unused ashes will be respectfully spread into beautiful PNW waters.
What if we chose Aquamation instead of Cremation?
The process of Aquamation will not make a difference in the final results of your Memorial. Both Aquamation and Cremation work well using our process.
Can We Choose Any Colors We Want, and How Many Colors Can Be Added?
You can combine up to three colors plus your choice of our Silver or Rainbow Gold sparkles from our selection for your memorial. If you don’t see your desired color combination in the portfolio or catalog, please feel free to ask—we’re happy to work with you to create the perfect color combination.
Please note that some colors may not blend well when combined together. If you have a specific combination in mind, let us know, and we will see if we have an example to share of how that combination might look.
What makes the sparkle?
To make each Memorial as beautiful and unique as the life it represents, we add a delicate touch of Dichroic Glass. This special glass creates a gentle “sparkle” effect, bringing light and depth to your piece.
Can you engrave the memorials and what is that cost?
Yes! This personalized engraving service is our heartfelt gift to you, offered at no additional cost. It is just one more way we help families create lasting, one-of-a-kind tributes that celebrate the memory of their beloved companions.
Every ash-infused glass Memorial is created with love and care. On the back or bottom of each piece, there is a small flat area where the glass is separated from the artist’s rod during creation. This spot holds your loved one’s unique identification mark, ensuring your Memorial is always connected to them.
In this meaningful space, our inscription artist can also add a personal touch by hand-engraving a short sentiment of one or two special words and/or significant dates. Each inscription is lovingly etched in graceful cursive, making your Memorial even more unique.
Along with words, we are also able to etch simple, heartfelt symbols. Families often choose a paw within a heart — a tender reminder of the unconditional love of a furry friend. Other cherished options include angel wings to symbolize peace and protection, a delicate paw print to honor the many happy steps shared side by side, a timeless heart to reflect love everlasting, or an infinity symbol to show that love never truly ends.
Can you combine ashes from multiple pets in one memorial piece?
