The L.E.A.S.H. Process
Once We Receive Your Call:
When you call L.E.A.S.H. at 602-802-4040, our Rainbow Bridge Specialists will gather the information needed to dispatch a Retrieval Specialist to your location. Your invoice will be sent to your email and can be paid directly through the link provided.
At that time a Retrieval Specialist will contact you to introduce themselves and provide you with their ETA. Our Retrieval Specialist will gently retrieve your pet for you and if possible, leave you with an ink nose print. Your Retrieval Specialist will remain your contact through the entire process, communicating professionally, responding rapidly, and providing you with accurate information.
After Retrieval:
Your Retrieval Specialist will bring your pet to our Mortuary location where they will gather a clay paw print impression and fur clipping for you. Your pet will remain at the mortuary until it is time for their Cremation or Aquamation.
Cremation takes 1-2 weeks.
Aquamation takes 2-3 weeks.
Time To Be Lead Home:
After the Cremation or Aquamation has taken place, your Retrieval Specialist will package the Urn and Keepsakes for you professionally, and contact you to schedule Hand Delivery Return to you.
